Help me to ID this Buck?

I just found a Buck knife i was given years ago and i was wondering what you guys could tell me about it. I dont know much except its a pretty nice folder thats very comfy in the hand.

It looks like a 282 NXT I with High impact plastic handle... Catalog # 2938 or 2939... With 420HC steel blade... I'm not sure what year it came out... :thumbup:
