Why was I charged $30 instead of $25 for renewal?

I need your help as I've tried but cannot get my GOLD renewal.

Spark has to enter the upgrade manually when you use PayPal. That's why it costs $5 more and takes a longer for him to get to.

if you renew for 2 years at a time it is a better deal. you should look into that. I did and I always renew 2 years at a time.
