Help me with my Kumo sheath

Got a kumo. Great knife, sheath won't hold the knife. Or rather it does, but just barely. Emailed the seller, no reply.

Besides getting a new sheath, any ideas on how to tighten the Spyderco sheath for better knife retention?
 
Not familiar with the sheath- if it is Kydex you can use a heat gun or blowdryer to soften it and adjust as you like (I did this with my Ronin sheath). Just be careful not to overheat. When using a blowdryer I make a cave out of clothes and only have the area to be adjusted showing- this way you are regulating where the heat contacts better. My 2cents
