From your pics I can understand that you have not reassembled the Teflon in the right position.
There are two Teflon washer, 0.7 mm thickness, and you have to put one in each side of the blade.
From your pics it seem that there is not washer in one side.
We have made several test with washer. At the end Teflon it is the best for the SR-1.
