Truth be told I know little about Imperial knives but this little knife drew my attention. The blades are both tang stamped 2037943 and 2170537 which is Felix’s first of two dated to 39’ and the other is dated 36’ for a German inventor..... So this predates the WW2 and although has the Imperial PatNo... it does not bear a tang stamp. Can anyone I’d this? It’s in great condition as you can see. The quality is a little better than I’d expect from a knife maker of this reputation. Thanks.

Yep O Stiehl in 36’ and Felix Miranda in 39’ which is the brothers first for Imperial. Seems odd these 2 patent nos would be listed on both blades and no tang stamps to identify the company. Took great photos but can’t upload them? Bob
