I was just opening and closing my Navaja and that ratcheting sound that it makes suddenly stopped. The knife opens and closes fine and is smooth and there is not blade play what so ever, its just.... quiet. I have not taken the knife apart and the only thing that I have done to it is put some lubricant on the knife. Help what is going on here.

Remove the bolsters on the side where the gear is. U will see that the spring is held in place by a screw. Remove that screw and position the spring closer to the gear. Screw the spring in place. Keep trying until there's sound. Unless the spring is broken...

Contact Spyderco. If you disassemble it you void the warranty. It seems like there are potential problems with the Caracca spring as this is the third post about it I've seen.

Contact Spyderco first before doing anything else to the knife.
