I think I have looked through the faq's, stickies, searches etc and not found an answer.

I use my HTC DNA to take pictures. I then upload them to imgur.com using their official android app. I then copy the provided bbcode (using either my phone or computer, it turns out the same for both) and post it.

They come out massive, making even the best picture my phone can muster look terrible and grainy. I would really really like to be able to post nice pictures.

I very rarely use an actual computer for Bladeforums, so I'm looking for help on how to fix this on my phone.

If anyone has any tips for fixing this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,
ALLHSS

I use my Iphone to upload pics to photobucket quite a bit for forums.

I actually send them through my phones email to my photobucket account and I am given 4 size options when the email is sent. Might be worth a shot.

That's very interesting, I'll check that out.

I've heard photo bucket can be a bother to use, with bandwidth restrictions and such, but I'll definitely see how it goes. Thank you!

In my experience, imgur gives the option to pick sizes when I log on from a pc/mac. "Large thumbnail" works well.
But from smartphone & tablet it does not (app & mobile version of the site).
Maybe if you can switch to the desktop view when logged in from your browser....

Well that's certainly a good idea too, I'll try that. Thank you!

Go to the source. You may want to adjust the size of the pictures your camera takes. You don't need 25MB sized pictures.

Is this picture huge on a desktop? I made my camera size smaller

This one is ideal. This is a good size to shoot for.

Awesome, thank you for the feedback!

Incase anyone has this problem and sees this thread, it looks like setting it to large thumbnail on imgur.com (desktop, the option isn't available on the app) is the best bet.
