Help! Need a good band for my Luminox

Spiedel makes fairly good watch bands. Including Twist-O-Flex (stretch) leather, metal bracelets.

I'd go with a Rhino strap with a Luminox, albeit a modified one where the 1) logo (which is stitched in place) is removed and 2) the strap itself is modified to where the section that has the 2nd set of buckles is cut and the raw end heat sealed.

I second the nomination on the Rhino strap. Mine is on a Seiko, but if I had a Luminox I would immediately put a Rhino on it.

Secondary recommendation: Waterbourne strap, which IMHO feels like a lesser quality Rhino. Still a decent strap though.
