I got this in a trade a while back (amounting in around $1600 worth of knives) and forgot the name of the maker!
Hopefully someone on here can help.. There is a makers mark on the blade.

All the info I have is on the little plaque, which I'll picture. It is apparently made from a meteorite that fell in siberia. All the information I have, sadly, is in the photos...any help is much appreciated!!

I can't help you with the maker but apart from the tag what makes you think it's meteorite?
It looks like carbon damascus to me..........?

Well the dealer I traded with said that it was along with a separate specialist who knew what it was and it came in a case with a plaque describing the very meteorite it was made from. I guess we never truly know what a steel has in it unless we make it and, anyways, a meteorite basically is just carbon damascus. Rather, it is carbon damascus with layers from the meteorite.
I got it nearly ten years ago and try as I might I cant remember a thing about it, maker wise. It was early in my knife collecting and I didn't pay all that much attention.

Meteorite is fairly expensive stuff and if you find it, cut it and etch it, the last thing you do with it is make damascus out of it.
It is primarily iron and nickel with patterns that have formed in the iron crystals due to lack of gravity. These patterns cannot form on Earth and it is these patterns that are prized by people, not the components themselves.

This looks more like a piece that was made in the 60's or 70's with a Maple handle or some other common figured wood. The blade has a very Scagel influenced shape which would fit in to that time line.
