Help, need to renew membership

Well, I think my gold membership runs out at the end of the month, and I need to renew it, but for the life of me I can't remember how to do it. I'm pretty sure it's done through 1sks.com but I couldn't find the information on their menu bar anywhere. Could anyone please help me figure out how this is done. Thanks much, in advance.
