Help needed: "Ripper" identification?

I purchased the following off the Exchange over a year ago and thought the description was an “ST Ripper”:

attachment.php

I finally decided to move it along, and in my for sale thread on the Exchange describe it as an ST Ripper. However, a helpful forumite has posted a PM to me saying I have it wrong. Here is the crux of his PM:

“I hope you don't mind me pointing this out, but your knife is a "Ripper" not an ST-Ripper. The ST-Ripper's were made from ZT-NO blanks and mic right around .2, they also have a swedge.

"Both are rare, but someone may be looking for a Ripper and missing your ad.”

These came out at a time when I wasn't following the forums much, and I'm not familiar with the history/nomenclature on this style. Mine does have a swedge (unsharpened on this one), but I have no idea about the rest of it. Can I get some confirmation here, and any other info you guys might help me out with?

Thanks,
Will

Glad I could help. 'Grats on the ripper, RussMo!
