I pre ordered a bunch of knives a while back (one year ago ?!)
I am miving from the USA back to Canada... How do I change my adress for these pre orders ?
I tried to call the survive dhop a couple of times and left a message but no one called back

I'd just keep trying to call.. They will answer.. I had called before like that also and it took maybe 2 days before I actually got to talk to Guy.. They are just so crazy busy trying to get all this work done there

I've had to do this before and I sent a message through my account on their website page. You can send a message attached to each order and change your address that they'll have on file.

I've never had issues with this method.
 
I will give you my address. Have them sent to me. You'll have no need for them in Canada.

I'm sorry, I'm still trying to get caught up on all of the different communications channels. The good news is that I believe we found someone to start helping me out with that so you may start seeing a new name soon.
