Help on Finding the right multi tool

I want a new multi tool, preferably to replace my Squirt PS4.
I know there are SAKs with pliers I've seen them. Whether it's only the custom ones or not I don't know.
There are people that make, "made to order" knives, but I don't want that in particular for one reason.
I want to be able to keep the tweezer/toothpick option and every custom one I've seen has the aluminum scales with out that.

So is there a SAK or was there one that had:
good pliers
a medium or large blade
phillips and flat screwdrivers
a file
Scissors

Optional tools:
Can opener and or bottle opener.

I would really like a Swiss mutli tool due to their trusted fit and finish and quality. It doesn't have to be one though.
I have been looking at the Gerber Dime, it has almost everything I want. I could live with that tool but I've read too many mixed reviews about it. It's about 50-50 on love hate. Most of the hate are people that buy for a name it seems though. I have no problem trying cheaper things, a lot of them turn out to be great. Most said it feels flimsy, yet so does my Squirt, the pliers have play and so do the scissors. It feels sloppy, so I can't see the Gerber being to far off. I've had some good luck with some of there stuff in the past. What I don't like is the file on it is really really small. I tend to use my leathermans more that I thought.

If any of yinz have any other tools that fit my bill I thank ya and will take a look at them. No matter the brand or price, if its worth it I will save up for it.
Also if it doesn't have tweezers on it I can always just carry small Victorinox like I do now. I just want one tool to replace the space of two. With my Squirt and say a classic or my executive, I have two blades, two pairs of scissors, two files, and those duplicates are just taking up room that I could use for something else maybe.

The Swisstool Spirit is my favorite. No tweezers, but as you said you can carry a small SAK.
It's lighter and smaller than the full size Swiss Tools, and solid as a rock.

There isnt a SAK model that has exactly the tools you are after, but the swiss champ does have all those and more.

The problem is that its very wide. If you're a handy person it's pretty easy to remove layers you dont want though and re-assemble.

And if you are ok going up a tool size the swisstool spirit x is a fabulous multitool.

Not quite lookin for a Swisschamp to carry, I'd love one but not yet lol. I've been looking at both the Swisstool Spirit and the Leatherman Wave for about an hour too. Both are a little bigger than what I'd like, but I got an open back pocket normally if I don't have a belt. All my pants have cargo pockets too so I could live I think. But I don't know which to get. I get more with the wave for half the price, so it should be the obvious winner there. The Spirit just hangs in there with no effort. I love Victorinox and all of their tools. They are worth the extra you pay in my mind. May I ask someone that can, compare the two tools please? Pros/cons to both, go a little more into it than what I can tell just by looking at them?

I gotta decide if I want to stay with a keychain tool or upgrade to something bigger..I like the juice as well...choices choices choices...

Well thanks for your input guys and or gals, I got plenty to maul over for now. You all gave me good suggestions which also led to me finding others I'm curious about. I wish I could afford to buy them all at once and try them all haha. Hmm Looks like the Squirt is gonna stay in action for a little longer until I make up my mind.
