Help on How to Remove Scales from Kershaw Hunter Field Knife

Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me how to remove the scales from the Kershaw Hunter Field knife? The torx screws just turn without loosening or tightening. I want to make some better scales but have to get these off first. Help!
