Help out a new collector trying to ID all Ken Onion Design Kershaw/ZT knives

Hi, i am collecting Ken Onion Design knives made under KAI and while i have identified quite a few models sometimes the designer info is limited or in the case of discontinued models, very hard to find. So i am listing all Ken Onion Design models that i know of, please add any that i have missed, and thanks for the help!

You can go to the Kershaw site and filter their product line by designer for current models. For discontinued models, there's also the titanium bump.

Or is it the same as the Echo? The Echo is 1070st. Anyone have both?
