Help please! Need to remove spywarelocked

I accidentally downloaded spywarelocked. I have tried to remove them from my system but there are still a blinking notiice at the right bottom of the screen.
I need to remove this. Please advise.

Go here http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/ do what it tells you to do , trust me it nearly always works and will get rid of the trojan/virus you have.
Another option is to d/l Spybot S&D http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
Install , update , run once in normal mode , delete what it finds , reboot into safe mode (press f8 after initial boot sequence ) and run Spybot again , delete what it finds.

post back your results and send me $60.

Result.
I tried ewido, and spybot, but did not clean quite well. The icon could not be removed. I used Smitfraudfix and quite satisfied with the result. At least , the blinking icon disappears.

another program to try ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/cureit.exe this link is direct to the download. it is a stand alone scanner but caution must be used when fixing what it finds. i suggest googling anything it finds that says "possible dloader trojan" or anything you are not sure about. it is possible to delete something that isnt bad so be careful. it does a startup scan then you must choose what it scans next. email me if you have any questions.
