I need help on the age and value of this Buck 112 model

I don't have my documentation with me but a three dot is from around 1980. The knife is in good condition but could use a polish. I would guess the value to be from $55 to $70 to a collector.

Thanks to both of you for the help, I have no box or papers knife has not been used, I collect fixed blades so I will trade it off.
