help pls Spark

G'day

yesterday I went through the motions of becoming a gold member.
2 hours ago I got a confirmation email, but when I tried to update my user group I received a bounced email message, I thought maybe it was my gmail account so I changed to my ISP account but I still get the message.

I can remove myself from the bounced group but I have no option for gold so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Yeah, somehow you added yourself to the bouced email group. You just needed to leave that group, but I got you covered.
