HELP: Repairing A Junglee Mini Tri Point Knife?

The screw fell out of my "Junglee Mini Tri Point" knife. This knife is made in japan & i cannot find a U.S. distributor for a replacement screw. I tried home depot but no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.
