Looking for a high quality knife carrying case (approx. 20-30 knives) for my son-in-law, a chef in Chicago. He started out with some pretty average and below average knives...but I have set him on the path from the Dark Side to enlightenment. He now has a very nice base collection of high quality kitchen knives and the collection is growing.
Knife carrying cases are not something I know much about; your help is appreciated.
