HELP RESETTING A PASSWORD

I had an existing account using my email srg914@yahoo.com. I forgot my password and requested a reset multiple times but never received an email to reset it. I had to create a new account using a different email, srg91412@gmail.com. I want to use my account linked to srg914@yahoo.com because I have a feedback history associated with that account.
Please help! Thank you.
 
Would like to know what’s up as well, I’ve been locked out of my account for weeks. Reset request submitted at least 30 times and no email to the email on file. frustrated here, I can’t get any help. knarfeng knarfeng ?

I've sent three private messages with no response. After reading your comment, I'm not having much hope. I guess I'm just going to have to use my new account and refer potential buyers to my old account where they can see my feedback history. Really sucks, wonder what the admins are doing.
 
The only one that can help is the owner and he’s dealing with the site slowdown at the moment. I’ll tag him so he knows Spark Spark

Currently we've disabled yahoo.com as a valid email address for profiles due to yahoo.com bouncing all emails coming from the servers despite DMARC / DKIM spam management & prevention being enabled. I have over 60k bounced emails from yahoo affiliated domains right now, including verizon, aol, and other providers all under the same yahoo umbrella.

After the server performance issue is resolved, I'll be diving deeper into the email issues. Until then if you have a paid subscription on a profile you are locked out of you can reply to your subscription email receipt and I will do what I can to assist you getting your profile email changed to a working provider.

Do you have a separate account you want merged or something? I'm confused. Shoot a response to the pp receipt with more info.
