Help! - Stripped Spyderco Tenacious Pocket Clip Screw

I stripped the pocket clip screw on a Tenacious when trying to adjust the position. Any tips on how to get it out so it can be replaced without marring the scales?

I ended up cutting a groove down the middle of the screws using a dremel. Then I took them out with a flat head screw driver. Those screws are really soft!

yeah my tenacious came stripped the only thing ive hated about the knife actually. bad screws. Now that i think about it same thing happened to my byrd raven also.

The holes were drilled oversized in my tenacious. The screws will wiggle right out of the holes. It's going to spyderco when I get a chance to mail it.
