HELP Take apart a Browning Ice Storm?

I bent the pocket clip on my great ice storm. When I try to unscrew the knife's pivot screw (so I can re-bend the clip), the opposite piece of hardware just spins. It is flush with the knife's handle. How do you unscrew this?

put a piece of dbl sided tape on you finger and use a stubby screwdriver, then put the tape on te spinning head and press fairly hard while trying to unscrew from the other side.
