Yes I know one is pink/black 😁 but beside that just a delica 4 vs the others. But the pink is wicked!

I am not gonna have it in my pocket everyday it’s not legalised here.

Usage it’s not cutting cardboard and so on more outdoor camping wildlife not so much food prep att all. Fishing and normal EDC(weekends) vacations.

Delica fits my hand good. Like it
Manix also ok but a little high
pm2 also very nice
So it’s difficult :/

The manix 2 S110v. was at really good price 175€ normal 220-230€ here

Delica 190€ S30v

PM2 220€. S45V

For me, if the manix is pinned and can't be taken apart that's a no. I don't like compression locks so the delica has my vote. Also since it's pink you're supporting breast cancer victims and less likely to look like a weapon in your parts

Hi folks, i don't know how to upload a photo from a phone or my mac but The M2 is pinned ouch i like the pink Delica and to support something good
i have all these knives at home for the moment, black blade and pink i awesome but have never owned a black blade so don't know pro/cons

PM2 feels really sturdy and quality but don't know if its worth 40€ more for CruCarta version, otherwise classic black or camo

don't know if D4 and PM2 can complete each other, it will be expensive with these 2, but i also know i will buy the other sooner or later, it is a exenpsive delica vg10 costs circa 110€ in sweden

I don't think the link delica blade is dlc coated so that coating could show wear over time, my s45 PM2 I had developed blade play I couldn't adjust out and the s45 steel would show water spots easy after washing unlike my VG10 knives. I love my all black manix 2 lightweight the blade is dlc coated and it is a newer version that is not pinned.

Okej. Have to check that then. Horizontal? Vert? That can be a normal issue?

So you think M2 s110v is mer ā€abusableā€ then PM2 s45v ?

I got Moras to abuse 😁

The blade shape of a manix is less pointy and as such a little more robust but both blades are slicers being full flat grind and relatively thin so I wouldn't abuse either. After my PM2 broke in a little it got side to side play that was there even after both pivot screws were adjusted rather tight. Others have reported vertical play that also couldn't be removed but I prefer a lockback anyways.

Okej, so a play can occur on some examples then

If you want to fidget with your knife all day long, get the PM2. If you want to seriously use it, get the Manix 2. :)

One of the big advantages of S110V is that it's basically corrosion free. Also holds a coarser edge forever, it's a real good user unless you pry with it.

For your intended use of fishing, I like the Manix Translucent in CTS-BD1n.

Despite being pinned, it's light and has no liners to corrode. Also, the steel is easy to sharpen and also resists corrosion very well.

The Delica is also good, as it has a lock back which is easier to clean, and can be taken apart. There is a learning curve for reassembly though, which can be learned here on BF.

I have several PM2, but I don't care for the blade play, and the way it disassembles.

haha :) no interest at all to fidget knifes and I own 2 gerber prybars

Yes and the LW is sooo light

Ok i Will think sbout cruwear then. Dont know about How the micarta feel..
My experience is when it is dry it has a warm comfort about it. When it is wet it gets sticky/tacky. Like mine so much I bought a second one. I also have one in s45v and one in m4. Cruwear is really really good stuff

Ok. Maybe i keep the delica and M2 and save to buy the crucarta in juli then

Manix takes up much more pocket space
Yes i have tested it. This is so difficult decision with 3 fantastic knifes

Also have Rat 2 in carbon look to ā€œtestā€ another price but a very nice one razor sharp from box
