This Knife was giving to my grandfather as a gift a few years back and I have treasured it for the past 30 years. Anyone have any idea what model or where I can obtain any info on it?

Please advise.

Thank you much,
Cheers

I have added 1 to my recent collection. Not sure if I will proceed to own all 13, but I am super pleased to have added this to my treasures. Love this little full tapered Fang and leather sheath!

My close friend, Ron Harris the outdoor writer, fisherman and SASS member, passed away recently and I have been given the knife by his widow

I thought this one might be of interest to some folks here. The knife pictured was acquired by Ron from Al Mar at the September 1981 Soldier of Fortune Convention in Scottsdale. Al traded Ron the knife for some of Ron's CAMOFAX tactical vests and some ammo as I witnessed the transaction at the convention.

It is a model 1006 Buzzard front lock with brass bolsters in Ivory Yellow Micarta in the matching tooled leather case (possibly by Robert Valade) with AL Mar logo just as Al took it off his belt.
The knife has Al's initials engraved on on one side: A.C.M.
The other side has engraved Jump Wings.
