I am brand new to the board.
Hope I don't step on any toes as I find my way around here.
I am trying to figure out the knife that Merle Dixon carries in a black nylon sheath on his right side.
I don't think he had it before season 3.
From what I can see it is black with a screw off top.
He uses it the most in season 3 episode 6 "hounded" when he fights Michone.
I know that the knife attaches to his prosthetic is a m1939 Turkish Mauser bayonet. He also wears the Mauser bayonet sheath behind his 1911 on the left side.
