Help to identify possible Strider knife from Iraq.

I have maill - Andrei from Ukraina asking me about this knife:

His friend bring it from Iraq where it was presented to him by american. He asking me what I can say about it.

It has Strider logo on it but I can not find same model on Strider site. May be this is special run or something? It does not look like Mantracks from Strider website.

That is most definately not a Strider!

Its a knockoff.

What makes one think at first its a strider is the handle shape, and the simularity of the symbol with the MANTRACK put under it.

But the blade is different, especially with both a band breaker and sawteeth.

From what I can find, Mantrack is a Japanese company, and they are not common outside of Japan. If this is true, it is obvious that they are probably a knock-off company.
