Help to identify this knife!

Good afternoon gentleman, this is my first post so please take it easy on me!

I was hoping to get some help to identify the model/maker of this knife.

I received the knife as part of a trade deal and as I understand it was acquired by its previous owner here on BF.

What I do know about it: its 1095 steel with a hamon, CF scales, kydex sheath.

I would love to know who made this little beauty. Thanks in advance!

Nice looking knife. No markings though? Any idea when about this was made? Maybe pull the scales off and see if there are any markings?

No markings on the visible portion of the knife, under scales its marked 1A and 1B on each side, not sure of when it was made.

I've tried that searching for "hamon" and "hamon carbon fiber" and to no avail. Was hoping by starting a thread that MAYBE someone might recognize it.
