I have small sebe ,BM sequel ,mini grip .. all are great EDC and overall great knives
The issue is sometimes it seems That I want a larger handle/blade .

Not as large as some full size knives

Subrosa I have is a bit too large . Large sebe may be too lg also

I guess the perfect size is about 3.4" blade ...4 .25 handle

modified drop point ,stone wash ..etc

Ideas??

My ideal size is between 2,9" and 3.5", so we have similar tastes! What's your price range, steel preferences, and some of your favorite knives? That will help with recommendations.

I've been looking for paramil 2 ...not at any store near me

I bought enough knives" in the blind" need to see or get some reco's from here

I have the sequel today and like it! just be better about 1/2 " larger .

The bone collector was at a showcase to see both sizes - same issue somewhere inbetween would be perfect.

The bradley Alias II is a favorite .. but.. 1/2 bigger =perfect

well the full size Benchmade griptilian is 3.45", theres also Benchmade 940, and Benchmade 943, both are 3.4"

My two EDC are boring compared to you guys. My most carried knife is a Vic alox Pioneer and my 2nd most carried is the medium size Cold Steel Twistmaster. If I'm going into spooky part of town I'll carry a Ti-Lite or Tenacious.

The size of Vic Pioneer is just right for most days. I carry it in my front right jeans pocket. The Twistmaster is larger and much more capable cutter but very light weight and tough. When I wear cargo pants, which is often, I carry this one in the right cargo pocket. I feel it has the right blade length and handle size for most of my knife uses.

The Ti-lite carries well clipped inside the right cargo pocket. I find it too long to carry in the front pant pocket and too thick for my back pocket. When wearing jeans I'll take the Tenacious because it's thinner in the handle and carry it in either the front right pocket or back pocket. It's the heaviest knife that I think I'd use for EDC. The tenacious is more "practical" than the Ti-Lite but I like the Ti-Lite better for SD carry.

BM 940/943 or Spyderco Paramilitary 2 or Caly 3.5. The Caly 3 and the Sages are worth checking out too. They're smaller knives, about the same size as your small Seb or Grip, but because of the handle design with the finger choil they feel like larger knives in the hand. For example, the Delica feels too small for me, and the Caly3/Sage feel perfect, yet they have practically identical dimensions.

The Kershaw Breakout is pretty close to your requirements; I EDC mine with the spring removed. The handle is a tiny bit more than 4.25 inches but it's really slim.
