I fried the Spam and eggs in a frypan full of grease from frying Johnsonville brats the night before. LOL, I had a heart attack and had to hook myself up to my anodizer and keep giving my heart jolts all day until the grease in my blood thinned out a little.

The sauce:

1T IG's Infamous Relish
1T Roland's dijon
1T sour cream

The knife is an old Henkels.

When I was a kid we couldn't afford the real Spam, but we had plenty of cans of the government spam, hehe.

That stuff you had to fry it just to be able to eat it.

You see the prices on beef these days? I never thought I would live to see the days when beef was more expensive than lobster.

I would have laid money on it that you made the knife yourself. It looks too well made for a commercial chefs knife.

Henkels are fine-quality knives, and they have the price tags to prove it. I was lucky to pick up that knife when I was stationed in Germany many moons ago. For the record, I'm not much into making kitchen cutlery, and I'd rather just go out and buy a decent knife or two for the block.

yup, I think I have 3 handmade knives in my kitchen, and one was made by a friend

the rest are a managerie of various brands of "decent" factory pieces, including henkels.

I do make kitchen cuttlery, I just can't afford any of it

SPAM, Potted Meat and Vienna Sausages....

I never cared for any of that chopped and formed meat. I figure it is mostly eyeballs and Arseholes ground up with a lot of salt added for flavor. :barf:

But then again, I can eat spaghettios out of the can, so what do I know. My wife says they smell like vomit to her.

I also like to eat grilled peanut butter and fried egg sandwiches and that drives her nutty to. No pun intended!

Now if I was hungry and had nothing else to eat you can bet I would gobble it up and be thankful. But on a normal day, I would just as soon lay down and let the sun shine in my mouth.
