I have a 'worn' spring in my 110 after years of use. Now the knife will not stay locked due the the loss of spring tension. Does anyone know whom I can email to enquire ? I don't live in the USA so return postage may be an issue.

The best advice I can offer is to email Buck directly for guidance. They can at least advise you what to do about return shipping. Go to their website for the email address. Joe Houser, their customer service person should be able to help you. He comments here on the forum often.

..."Often"???...

hi trax ! yea not as much as before the move
they must have give him a lot more work
and he is in the shop working and helping
with back log from what i heard
yep
real working VP willing to get his hands dirty !!!

Hey guys, my ears were burning...figured someone was talking about me again.
My hands ARE dirty, and its not just because I fell down. :)
I feel like the person deciding which bill will be late this month because they dont have enough money to pay them all.
I don't have enough time to do everything so I am kinda late on most of them. I could just start saying "no" more often, that would keep me out of the shop. :( and free up more time for correspondence.
But I like making stuff. :( :(
Believe it or not, I have a plan that, once implimented, should help. Wont be until early next year though.
You guys (and gals?) deserve the best but will have to settle for me. I will try to get in here more often.
Sorry to totally hyjack the thread!
The problem could be the spring, or it could even be that the brass is bent, ever so slightly, and in preventing the rocker from being able to rock. I'm afraid the only way to fix it is to send it in.

Joe...
Quit apologizing when ya post. You are valued here and certainly at Buck for your work and professionalism.

I am thinking back and the most critical regulars of this forum, those that have been here many moons and Buck fans even longer, have never posted an issue here. In fact, they have been very proactive in taking a stand for you when that 1-2% gripe about the company in general.

Bet ya a custom 119 from you against my 437T that peeps here appreciate not just you, but Sarah, Amber, and Buck et al more than you realize.

Get off the cross...we need the wood.
Respectfully,
Goose.

You made my day! I will pass it along to "et al" so they know they are appreciated as well. :) :)

As for the 110 issue, please send me an email and I will work on this with you.
