Help with a 119

Hello blade forums,
A good friend of mine is a big fan of buck knives, especially the 119. He recently showed me I pic of his dream knife. He's had no luck finding one and I'm not doing much better.
The best I can tell is it was a limited run with a s30v blade and elk stag handle but I can't find a model #.
If you fine folks could help with any info on it, it would be greatly appreciated.
