I love my Dodo and all, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips to keep it from getting so damn gritty so damn fast. 
I wash it regularly, and I don't use it in a dusty/sandy environment, yet it gets so gritty that the blade is getting circular scratch marks around the pivot.
I was thinking of maybe slipping some washers to leave a little bit of room around the blade so the scales don't rub up against the blade so much.
Any ideas?
