Help with a Leather Sheath for Gemini Sword TGS19?

Has anyone made a nice leather sheath for the Gemini Sword yet? I would love to have a nice one made by someone that knows what they are doing but I just can't bring myself to shipping mine off. I'm using it daily. It's great for buttering toast, cutting steaks (I'm not allowed in Outback anymore) opening letters (however the office is bringing me my mail pre-opened now) you know just daily stuff...
If not, Does anyone have any suggestions for me if I try to make my own?
I have some heavy English Bridel Leather (Veg Tanned). I'm thinking about using 2 layers on the back with Kydex in-between for added rigidity.

Thanks brother, I have sent him a email. I have his KPB9.8 he made me a amazing sheath for it before he shipped it. It's a bad ass slice of INFI but I'm not sure if it looks better in the sheath than out ...
I do believe that a "ne'er do well" would not like to see this one out of the sheath. It kinda demands respect, like a Rattle Hawk... Ever inch of it will hurt you.

Chad Pirtle is going to make some... he has one on-hand... no need to ship yours to him.

Duramax too
those two are awesome Cowdex benders :)
