Help with a Snody Ray Skin Custom

Hi I have recently came across a lot of knives. I was hoping to see if anyone had any more info or aprox worth on this knife i have posted

From what i can tell its a custom ray skin with nylon wrap - Nodules in bone color seem to be rare.

I would think that piece would bring in about $300 if it has a sheath. Thanks! :D
