Hello. I have a friend who owns a supertinker swiss army knife. The warranty has run out on it and it has aserious problem with the springs. When the blades are extended there is a minimum movement of about 3 mm. Is there any way to tighten the springs or repair them? Any help would be greatly appreciated, the knife has not been abused merely very well loved. The object is to avoid spending any money if possible as he can get a replacement for a very small amount from a friend. Knife has huge sentimental value. Please help. I thank you all in advance for your replies.
James,

Hi, James,
Victorinox knives come with lifetime warranty. Your friend should look up the local Australian service centre (typically located at the country distributor office) and check with them to see how to return the SAK for the warranty service.
