Help with an I.D.

My Grandmother’s
The top & bottom knives have no marks, but the middle has an oval on the blade with Made in the USA under it. I don’t want to mess with the patina to see what’s in the oval. The handle is shown. I’ve looked around, but stink at research. Any thoughts?

Looks like two Russell knives and an Old Hickory boning knife.

The knives earned there keep. They had chickens, to sell eggs locally, and for eating.
The turkeys were raised from eggs in a brooder for Thanksgiving & Christmas.
Call #233, two long, one short ring from the operator, everybody on the hill would eavesdrop
place your order, pick it up freshly butchered.

That skinner might be a Hantover Inc or Sheffield. I am unsure.
