I would like to know more about an old Frontier 2 blade Stockman(?). It belonged to my grandfather who passed on in 1987. I had given it to him, but don't remember when. It has black scales, Frontier shield, 3 brass pins through the handle material, brass liners, & nickel silver bolsters. Length closed is 3 5/16. On the main blade front is stamped: FRONTIER with powder horn underneath. On reverse of blade is stamped: 41P(?)4, under that is IMPERIAL, under that, is U.S.A. Blades are on opposite ends. I figured that the handle material is the composite plastic material, but don't know.
I have just joined your Forum, and this is my first question or posting. I have bought a lot of other knives in the last few years that I would like to learn about, but I want to start with this one.
Thank You
