Help with an old Hubertus-Solingen

Going through some old boxes recently, I found a knife my grandfather used to have when I was a kid. It's an old Hubertus Hunter model, from what I can tell. A really nice piece with a lot of fond memories. It is in a decent condition (requiring some cleaning and sharpening, no doubt), but it also has a couple of problems:

1) The blade does not entirely fold into the handle when closed and the point is sticking out.
2) The blade itself is a bit loose and "wiggles" side to side.

Initially, the blade was not opening all the way, so I was worried the spring may be damaged. But after some cleaning and a bit of oil, it now springs fully open all the way most of the time. I am wondering if the spring is either sticking out a bit and thus preventing the blade to fold in entirely or if it's something else.

Any help and advice for how to fix these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jan

The pivot pin is worn, and the sear/sear notch may be worn. Tightening the pivot pin may help. If not, it needs to go to a cutler.

Theres a guy on here, owns a store called muskrat man knives or some such that does excellent work in restoring and fixing hubertus leverlocks
