Help with bills

Please activate my Platinum Membership, I'm broke. If I need to do something or give you more information, please let me know.
 
On Tuesday, I tried to pay for a Platinum Membership using Authorize.net, but it was declined. Still on Tuesday, I paid for a Platinum Membership using PayPal and received a payment receipt, but I still can't change my membership to Platinum. When I click on Group Membership, I don't have the option to change my membership. What am I doing wrong?
 
Authorize.net had problems this week. PayPal memberships have to be entered manually and Spark can take a few days catching them up. Hang in there -- your membership will begin when he does enter it, not when you paid.
 
It'll be taken care of today. I'm catching up on this stuff as I type
