Hi, I'm new to the forum and just now getting a real interest in knives. I would like to buy an excellent quality folding knife and/or automatic knife. Probably will not be used often but carried all the time. Currently I own a Benchmade Mini-Griptilian and a Spyderco Salt (used when I scuba dive.)
I was looking at Wilson's Hogue and Wilson's knives by Reeves. Also the William Henry, more than I want to spend, and Emerson.

Which folder is great quality?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

All the knives you named are known for their fit and finish and high level of quality control. IMO, Hogue makes the toughest knives out of the three, Reeve knives are famous for tight tolerances and William and Henry probably makes the most aesthetically pleasing pieces. If you're interested in automatics I would also look at Pro-Tech's lineup as they have some very handsome and functional folders.

They are all great quality knives. For your job description as an attorney I think that the Reeves knives would be one of your best bets. Can not go wrong with either, but if you where suits then I would go with a CRK.

This is all opinion but I think the William Henry knives look more elegant than CRK, especially with E10 with either carbon fiber or white bone inserts. Also a tad cheaper.
