Help with Delica stiffness

I recently got spyderco delica Damascus titanium. I very much like the knife but blade opening action is stiff and somewhat gritty ( I presume because Damascus is etched and not polished), not smooth as my ffg regular endura. I also have a feeling that back lock is pushing to hard on the blade, because when I push it, the blade moves more easily. I have tried lubricating the pivot a bit more with no improvement, I also tried to loosen pivot screw but that made blade wobble. Will the knife break in over time as I use it, or is there something I can do to made action more smoother? Thanks.

Graphite if you do not use it on food. Also try sanding the pivot area with 2000 grit on the blade. Did it have both of the brass bushings in it?

I didn't try to disassemble it, the knife is new I don't think it should miss parts it was never disassembled. Also I don't know is it to much work to disassemble delica, and how hard is to assemble it back. I can find some graphite and I will try that first thanks for the advice. I guess it will be real hard to get the graphite to the right spot without disassembling the knife, but I will try by loosening the pivot screw.

Disassembled the delica today. Sanded the pivot points, polished the bushings with 3000 grit on glass, sanded the lock bar on the bottom where it meets the spring (it was very rough) and on the sides where I saw wear marks. Cleaned and lubed everything. After assembly only minor improvement. I have feeling that the lock spring is to stiff. If I press on spring the blade moves much more freely. I adjusted the pivot screw tightness just barely to keep the blade firmly without wobbling. Looks like titanium Damascus is meant to be stiffer? Anyone else got similar experience?
