Help with Email

I am not sure where else to post this , but I need some help.
Seems that someone is messing with my email. I am also getting strange notices from yahoo that I asked to cancel my account and it will be deleted along with my files and all kinds of other odd things.

I am having trouble finding a way to contact them and just keep going in cirlces with the BS customer service they offer.
If anyone can please lend a hand to either find a call center or an email that will go to a human I would greatly appreciate it.
There is alot of valuable information in my email and I will be crushed if I lose it all.
