Help with fastners

Hi folks! Does anyone know what kind of rivets or fastners these are and what flairig dye/tool sets them? I've googled a bunch but my google fu skills have let me down! Thanks for the help!

Ok so I’ll ask out of curiosity what are they ?

If your on a windows system, hover over the word IMG, right click and chose open image in a new tab. That should work. As for me, I dont know what they are called. I see them used a lot, just not sure of the name.
