Help with gold membership

Just bought the gold membership Nov 14 and used maybe 12 pvt message and 4-5 conversations and now I’m told I’ve reach my limit
Unless you also counted my activities from 2yrs prior, which seemed to me that‘s the case here, I’m nowhere near my limit. I also bought a gold membership 2yrs ago.
now I can’t PM anyone hence my posting here
 
It does include your older messages if you still have them. To delete them go to the conversation and click leave conversation. You can also download them and then delete them to free up room.
 
bonehead me, for some reason i was under the impression that once you use up the 250 messages allowed that you cant message anymore. Didnt realize that it‘s just a message box that can hold the 250 messages and that you can delete the old ones.
