Help with Gold Subscription Activation Please

Hi I may have made a stuff-up here. Have been on the Forum for almost 12 months now and thoroughly enjoy it - particularly the Traditional area. On March 28 I decided to take up a paid Gold subscription to enjoy some of the benefits. Note I am in Australia, I attempted to do it the normal way but each time I did I got an error message saying "Invalid Currency" .
Then I saw the PayPal option and paid $35 US expecting that would be the equivalent of a Gold Subscription. But it seems I have perhaps done something wrong (?) a at this stage I do not seem to have any of the benefits that a Gold Sub should give me such as an Avatar, signature, PMs, ability to sell in the exchange etc.

I tried to Contact BF via the email on paypal
(elsparkodiablo@yahoo.com) twice now with no reply

One of the Moderators has been courteous enough to get back to me on two occasions and has suggested I start this thread in the hope of rectifying the situation.

Can someone in Techo Support PLEASE HELP???

Spark is the only one with access to that information.

I have no idea what elsparkodiablo@yahoo.com connects to, it may just be the PayPal account, not a correspondence account. Try Spark@Bladeforums.com instead.

Thanks .....have just done as you suggest but note moderator has already done this April 25 ..... and so far ......no result or contact from Spark (?)

As this started back on March 28 the 45 days I have to dispute the transaction (THE VERY LAST THING I WANT TO DO) and get a refund with PayPal is about to expire.

I have checked with PayPal the email elsparkodiablo@yahoo.com is the registered PayPal address and is the address Paypal uses to correspond with the owner of that PayPal account.
Something unusual is going on here (???) numerous emails to this and the ..... Spark@Bladeforums.com ...... email address have gone unanswered for well over a month (????)
I realize a lot of this sort of stuff is automated .... but..... this has been going on since March 28.

What else can I do? PLEASE..........
 
Brumby, truly sorry this is taking so long. Email to Spark just sent. Understand that we mods understand, and would fix it if we could. Hang tight mate... :)
