Please tell me that there are two separate pieces of paracord that make up the handle!?! And if so, then what do you do with the ends of the first wrap of paracord? I can tell you trap the starting end as you wrap down, but how do you finish it? I'd undue one of my other striders, but I'm afraid I'd screw it up and then that will be the end of it.

Thanks!

I'm not sure how the strider guys do it but here is how I do it. First off you can use just one piece to give you a thinner grip. If you want to use 2 then just trap both ends under the wrap. I usually take a small screwdriver to poke the end under when I finish. Depending on the type of paracord you use it can make a difference on how thick the handle will be, some paracord tends to flaten out while the good stuff will remain round making a better looking wrap.

If you have any trouble or don't want to do it yourself just send it to me with return shipping and I'll wrap it for you, I keep a steady supply of green and black paracord.

Redhook, have you checked the Strider web sight? It has wraping your handle pic's. My HT came in green cord wrap, but I removed the cord and sent it in for a re-wrap in black. Mine was two different pieces of cord, two wraps. The under wrap was flat para-cord, and the outer wrap was round. After unwraping mine, I was not sure I could re-wrap mine as professional as Strider, so I just had them do it when they made my kydex sheath. Goog luck, Reagan
