Help with Hen & Rooster 333MOP ID

Hi,
Is this a pre-1980s or current Made in China H&R ?
Any help on ID and thoughts are welcome. Thanks.

Based on what I read, it looks like an older model since it says Bertram Cutlery and Solingen Germany.

The knife opens smoother than my 1970s Case med stockman.
The velveteen over metal case has spot of rust and it sure looks New Old Stock to me.

FYI:
The clip blade has :
1. Logo
2. in script Hen & Rooster "World's Finest Cutlery)

Tang Stamp:
Side A
1. the logo
2. Solingen Germany below it

Side B
1. Bertram Cutlery
2. 333 MOP

Bolsters are engraved.
The sheepfoot and spey blades have image of the hen and rooster (not in a circle) and Rostfrei as tang stamp.

I was unaware that new Hen & roosters are made in China. I have a new Hen & Rooster and it says Bertram Cutlery 403 DS and made in Germany. It was my unterstaning that Frost Cuterly bought Hen & Rooster yearsa ago and they are made in Germany and sometimes Spain.

By the way, I like the look, feel and spring action of my knife.
