Help with Hinderer LBS mod

I used search function and came up blank. Found a few photos but no guidance. I have a Zero Tolerance 0560 and 0561 Hinderer collaboration. Very nice knife. Instantly one of, if not my favorite larger folders. I want to do the mod where you replace the LBS with the end of a 9mm or 357 case. I started cutting with a dremel and it was harder than I thought. I was going to experiment and work myself down to the perfect LBS but now I am hoping someone has done this and can post pics or tips or whatever so that I only have to do this once. Thanks.
