i saw a weird knife in shop window a couplle days ago. it had a curved black blade and a green pearl looking handle.

Maybe you could help me. I have a knife, and I pressed the metel-looking thingy against an apple, and it seemed to separate the apple into two pieces. Any help on the ID?
